Estimated annual base pay: $63,400 (minimum) - $79,200 (midpoint) - $95,000 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Quality Engineer or looking to become to one, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating root cause and corrective action across multiple functions.
What you will be Doing
Performs quality related activities associated with the nonconforming material control process.
Is actively involved in problem solving activities and ensuring the robustness of root cause and corrective action analysis (RCCA) when necessary.
Acts as the customer liaison/advocate for Woodward compliance to customer quality requirements and customer satisfaction relative to quality of products and services.
Evaluates procedures and work instructions that are required per the Quality Management System.Manages the review and approval of QMS documents.
What We Are Looking For
Associate's degree required; Bachelor preferred in a business-related field.
Demonstrates solid computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.Knowledge of MS Project and Visio a plus.
Demonstrates knowledge of and ability to drive Root Cause Corrective Action concepts/processes, including the 8D process to eliminate cause(s) in internal processes, or external processes when necessary.
Demonstrates effective organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (including presentations). Able to manage multiple tasks with varying priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Demonstrates ability to effectively work in cross-functional teams, as a team member or lead, and work with various levels within the organization and with customers.
Demonstrates an understanding of interpretation of engineering specifications, mechanical drawings, and/or electrical schematics, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Demonstrates knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100 and TS16949 (site specific) requirements and their intent to ensure compliance of the Quality Management System.
