Associates degree in health, human services, early childhood education, psychology, social work or related field preferred; OR equivalent combination of relevant experience and higher education. Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups and leading group discussions. Experience with community data gathering activities, such as leading focus groups or talking circles helpful. Excellent organizational, computer, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal skills required. Preference given to qualified Native Americans.
