POSITION SUMMARY
The Communications Project Coordinator (CPC) is an ambitious individual with a passion for marketing who has experience in managing multiple projects. Overlying responsibilities include communicating and presenting to our credit union clients, creating marketing content, quality control and data management, as well as reporting. We utilize a variety of systems or technologies to complete job functions.
Success will rely on direct, clear communication, a willingness to seek feedback and learn, and the desire to understand data and reporting on marketing initiatives. This will include understanding the unique brands we serve, content creation for multi-media needs (email, print, web, social, press releases and more), and measuring the success of our communications. The ideal candidate will understand the importance of target audiences and the best way to speak to those audiences to drive desirable results.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Research, create, and approve quality marketing content; oversee and provide quality control for services.
2. Manage multiple projects, addressing client expectations with shifting timelines and workloads; troubleshoot and assist with resolving client questions, issues, and requests.
3. Document, implement, and oversee product launches.
4. Manipulate data to create targeted audiences.
5. Continuously learn, observe, and report on marketing initiatives.
6. Educate and train clients and coworkers on products and processes; ensure client education, customization, and automation.
7. Maintain positive relationships with clients; hold meetings with clients via Zoom to understand their marketing goals and preferences; conduct check-in meetings and maintain services over time ; ensure client satisfaction and understanding.
8. Collaborate with colleagues for cross-functional tasks.
9. Engage in back-end data management, including query work for client-specific marketing and daily data downloads.
10. Participate in cross-training within the department, ensuring flexibility and a comprehensive understanding of various tasks.
11. Utilize HTML, core credit union data processor knowledge (CU*BASE), and query skills for effective communication and data manipulation.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1. High School graduate or equivalent is required.
2. Demonstrated professionalism and clear communication skills are required.
3. Knowledge or experience with project management fundamentals is required.
4. Ability to prioritize and organize work, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast paced, high-volume environment is required.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.
6. Ability to maintain a positive attitude to foster coachability and handle client interactions effectively is required.
7. Two-year degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
8. Knowledge of credit union operations, regulations and procedures is preferred.
9. Experience with HTML emails, Canva, Social Media Management, Relationship Based Marketing is preferred.

Some job assignments at Xtend are primarily conducted within the office building(s) while others have moderate to extensive travel responsibilities as described in the Job Functions and/or Job Qualifications section(s) above.
