```Responsibilities:```
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Assist to Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Coordinate and manage office budgets, including expense tracking and cost control
- Handle vendor management, may include negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships
- Manage calendars and schedules for vendors and state requirements
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Effectively communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues that may arise
- Lead and manage a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in an Automotive Dealership required.
- Budgeting skills, with the ability to track expenses and control costs effectively
- Experience in vendor management, including contract negotiation and relationship building
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members at all levels

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
