You are:
An expert in advanced analytics with excellent project management and inter-personal skills. Besides being an SME, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of data scientists and behavioral researchers to ensure the successful execution of complex analytics projects in a timely and efficient manner. You will also manage the backlog list of tasks, assigning them to the team, continuously updating the list to accommodate new requests or hypotheses, and maintaining clear communication regarding the status of deliverables to ensure their quality and timely completion. You will proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and explore new use cases for advanced analytics and Gen AI applications, driving innovation and optimization within the team.

The Center of Excellence (COE) enables Sales Excellence to deliver best-in-class service offerings to Accenture leaders, practitioners, and sales teams.
As a member of the COE Analytics Modeling Analysis team, you will generate business insights for Client Success Office to help Accenture to improve its processes, boost sales and maximize profitability.
You will:
Manage a team of data scientists and behavioral researchers so that they are properly aligned with priority projects or tasks.
Maintain and prioritize a backlog of tasks by assigning them to team members, and continuously updating to accommodate new requests or ideas.
Regularly communicate with the tower lead, team members, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status, timelines, and any potential issues or challenges.
Suggest and implement enhancements that optimize efficiency and quality by analyzing workflows and methodologies.
Continuously seek opportunities to apply cutting-edge analytical techniques to address evolving business needs.
Apply statistical, machine learning, and NLP techniques to identify patterns, extract meaningful insights, or develop new tools or solution for the business stakeholders.
Interpret and present findings to technical as well as non-technical audiences in a clear and actionable manner.
Identify Gen AI use cases leveraging various LLMs and design and conduct pilot projects to explore their feasibility and value.
Develop Gen AI-based solutions or capabilities collaborating with cross-functional teams including data engineers and business stakeholders.
Ensure data compliance with privacy regulations and implement data security measures.
Encourage the team to think creatively, stay updated with emerging technologies, and implement best practices in analytics.
Stay current with latest developments in data science and Gen AI.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of advanced analytics project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master or doctoral degree in Data Science, MBA, or PMP certification
Bachelor's degree in data science or a related field
Experience in developing Gen AI solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI or Google PaLM2
Experience in deploying and managing ML models in GCP production environment
End-to-end analytics project management experience
Machine learning or deep learning algorithms
Natural language processing techniques
Generative AI experience with LLMs
Data visualization tools such as Power BI or QlikSens
Coding experience in Python, SQL, and R
Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com
Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English
Excellent time management, organizational, and inter-personal skills
Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
Experience with survey data analysis using Qualtrics tools
Experience with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, or Finance data
Working knowledge of Salesforce Einstein Analytics
Experience working with Power Apps
Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
