Job Summary
Enhance organization performance by providing consultation in talent management, organization effectiveness, engagement and performance management. Works in partnership with business unit groups to orchestrate cultural development and organization change initiatives that address corporate goals and strategies. This position provides advice and support aimed at building organizational cohesion, health and flexibility. Coordinate Organizational Development programs and interventions.
Key Accountabilities
Provide internal consulting to organizational leaders through the implementation of effective Change Management methodologies.
Design and deliver system-wide Organization Development interventions targeted at improving unit performance.
Assist in external vendor selection and evaluation.
Conduct Performance/Relationship Improvement coaching sessions with organizational leaders.
Design and utilize diagnostic tools to assess intervention impacts.
Proactively addresses and responds to issues by bringing key stakeholders together to assess root causes and performance gaps, implementing and/or supporting implementation of appropriate interventions, including strategic planning, tactical and project planning, facilitation, instruction, program design, materials development and performance analysis.
Assist in the management of intervention impacts.
Collaborate with internal and external OD professionals.
Establish intervention monitoring and evaluation processes.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Five years' experience conducting OD interventions including: process consultation, team development and survey feedback
Other Qualifications
Preferred
Master's degree with a concentration in Organization Development, Organization Behavior, Industrial/ Organizational Psychology or, MBA with concentration of Organization Development, Organization Behavior, or Management Science.
Prior experience conducting organization development interventions including process consultation, team development and survey feedback.
Project management for org change programs and processes.
Other Requirements
Experience with group facilitation, organization design, and/or job design.
Knowledge of change management theory and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to communicate well with others.
Proficient verbal, nonverbal, written, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability with Project Management techniques and tools; accurately estimate, track, and manage project costs
