About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient mail, reprographics, fax, and messenger services. Your responsibilities will include establishing operating procedures, maintaining quality standards, and testing new equipment and materials. Additionally, you will be responsible for equipment upkeep, adherence to safety protocols, and occasional operation of complex machinery.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Perform various duties as assigned by management, including mail services, reprographics services, fax services, and messenger services.
Establish operating procedures and maintain quality standards.
Test and evaluate new equipment and materials.
Maintain responsibility for all aspects of equipment, including performing necessary adjustments and following start-up, shutdown, and clean-up procedures.
Occasionally operate complex, automated equipment.
Monitor operations and make mechanical adjustments to ensure proper quality output.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
Directly related equipment operation experience is required.
Minimum of 6 months of customer service-related experience is preferred.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with clients and company personnel.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in the operation of related equipment.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
