? High School Diploma or equivalent.
? Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
? Thorough knowledge of the practices, materials, and methods used in tree felling, tree
spraying, and tree trimming.
? Thorough knowledge of the planting, cultivating, transplanting, pruning, and shearing of trees and shrubs.
? Good knowledge of the safety precautions associated with such work.
? Skill in trimming and felling trees.
? Skill in the use of the equipment of the trade.
? Ability to work at considerable height under dangerous conditions;
? Adheres to all safety practices and policies
? Must have the ability to communicate clear and concise verbal instructions and information to coworkers, supervisors, customers and others
? Ability to consistently demonstrate sound ethics, good judgment and confidentiality of
information.
? Ability to deal with public/customers in a positive and professional manner
