Pisces Fish Machinery is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Metal Finisher to join our
production team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takespride in detail, and wants to learn metal finishing processes in a manufacturing
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, polish, and finish metal parts using hand tools and machinery
- Assist with grinding, deburring, and surface preparation
- Operate basic shop tools and equipment (training provided)
- Inspect parts for quality, surface defects, and proper finish
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow supervisor instructions and standard operating procedures
Qualifications:
No prior metal finishing experience required—we will train
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with hand tools is a plus
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
