Full Job Description:
This is an internal opening within our staffing agency. The goal with our recruiters is to build strong relationships with job seekers to understand their skills and qualities while simultaneously building strong relationships with our clients so you may find the right fit for their job openings.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with candidates to discuss qualifications, skills and experience criteria to find the right fit for our clients
- Make sure all job postings are up to date and active both online and on social media
- Track and manage applicants by way of text messages, emails, phone with positive and robust cadence
- Source and screen resumes and job applications
- Provide client updates using excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
- Work with intake specialist to continually create a fresh talent pipeline with potential candidates for future job opportunities
- Comprehensive computer skills to accurately and consistently documents records and assign employees to client seamlessly
- Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them both in-person and over the phone and email
Requirements:
- Sense of urgency, competitive nature, and motivated to succeed
- Results driven and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision and complete tasks given
- Prefer a minimum of 3 years experience working for a staffing agency as a recruiter or similar full cycle recruiting role.
- Must be familiar with cold calling and recruiting new candidates and prospects
- Must have a strong phone presence and the ability to engage with supervisors and managers in the manufacturing industry
- Must have a sense of urgency and superb time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
