The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $96,800 - $145,200 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do In This Role:
Lead research efforts using Dematic documentation systems for mainstream, legacy, and acquired products.
Create system design layouts and replacements to assess costs specifically for hardware components, aimed at generating quotations focused on part(s) replacements.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and efficient commercialization efforts, including categorizing parts and assemblies for costing and pricing.
Define which parts will be sold to customers and develop proactive strategies for managing obsolete parts.
Work closely with the product development team to review and determine the recommended spare parts for new products.
Serve as subject matter experts for customers, customer service representatives, and other internal teams, providing technical guidance and support for equipment-related inquiries.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to refining departmental workflows and procedures.
Represent the team in cross-functional meetings and strategic product development and enhancement discussions.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred.
Extensive experience in parts research and technical documentation analysis.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective team interaction and customer support.
Proven leadership abilities with experience in guiding and mentoring team members.

Familiarity with material handling products and related technologies preferred.

Experience with SAP, Maestro and AutoCAD a plus.
