POSITION: CNC Operator - Looking for CMM Programing
LOCATION: Dexter, MI
COMPENSATION: $20.00-$30.00 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
SHIFTS/HOURS: 6:30am working 8-10 hours days Monday-Friday
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are currently seeking experienced individuals to join our team as Machining - CNC Operators. This position requires expertise in turning or milling operations. We have multiple positions available, including Operators, Machinists, and Senior Machinists, with different rates based on skills and knowledge.
QUALITY/SKILLS:
- Set up and operate CNC machines for turning or milling operations.
- LATHE/MILL
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts onto the machine.
- Monitor the machining process to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Adjust machine settings as necessary.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet the required specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Stay updated on the latest machining techniques and technologies.
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator, Machinist, or Senior Machinist.
- Proficiency in operating CNC turning or milling machines.
- Strong knowledge of machining techniques and tooling.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with measurement tools and instruments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and precision in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- 2 years relevant industry experience
