General Labor-Utility Worker
Requirements:
Hand Held Shooters in this class are able to shoot I-65 molds and continually maintain an efficiency/indirect average of 80% or higher.

* Responsible for setting up molds
* Read and understand a job traveler
* Read specifications carefully
* Know what film to use for specific molds
* Change film rolls as needed
* Adjust foam amount and understand how much foam is needed to fill a mold
* Assist in change-over
* Adjust the amount of foam that shoots depending on the part
* Check for properly made cushions
* Perform housekeeping duties, including the removal and replacement of scrap
* Keep foam guns clean and clear of blockage
* Keep track of waste
* Identify any problems relating to products POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education: * High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience / Abilities:
* Reading and writing skills
* 2 years of machine operation experience is preferred, but not required
* Experience working with foam is a plus * Basic computer skills and understanding * Must be motivated and willing to learn new tasks * Team environment * Able to work in a fast-paced work setting
