Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain vehicles and equipment used on properties.
- Complete general repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair work.
- Ability to handle emergency situations effectively.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
- Previous experience in municipal or public property maintenance.
Working Conditions:
- Part-time position with occasional evening or weekend work as needed.
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions during all seasons.
