Pay Range: $26.81/hr.
Position Description:
Completion of organization's month performance metric data consolidation, analysis & publication.
Plan, coordinate & support team and customer meetings to include airfare, lodging, food & beverage. hospitality.
Coordinate demo vehicle ordering, tracking, courtesy delivery paperwork, vehicle transportation logistics & other admin activities in support of the demo vehicle program.
Maintain budget allocations and reconciliations throughout the year in partnership with the Finance organization leads.
Lead completion of necessary POs to support organization activities as needed.
Ensure organizational documentation is maintained & retained in accordance with required internal control processes, procedures, & audit requirements. Direct support & completion assistance of the organization's annual MCRP.
Plan, schedule, coordinate & facilitate monthly team meetings.
Ensure department communications are disseminated to all organization team members as well as administrative onboarding of new team members.
