Job Title: Motor and Electronics Application Engineer
Onsite Flexibility: HYBRID (2 days remote)

Job Responsibilities
To understand the client's motor portfolio in order to support/work as application engineer for NA customers.
Analyze and understand customer technical requirements and develop conformity matrix to be able to propose product for RFQ
Develop Inteva DVPR ensuring alignment with customer specifications
Support business pursuit activities, analyze RFQ packages. Develop eBOMs.
Create DFMEA's
Follow test and validations thru DV, PV phase, analyze results, Develop solutions to any validation challenges.
Engage in regular communication with NA customers and Tier 1 motors and electronics core engineers in India and France.
Follow Tier 1 PDP (Product development process) and meet all gate review requirements.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering required.
Travel is required up to 30% both domestically and internationally to support the business, although this is an estimation and may increase or decrease depending on the needs of the business.
0-10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.
Knowledge of DC motors is required and working experience with DC motors is preferred
Experience with electronics and embedded software is preferred
Excellent Oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
Ability to manage & coordinate multiple tasks.
