Job Title: Clean Room Assembler

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm
Compensation: $17.50 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Clean Room Assembler to join our team in Ann Arbor. This role involves assembling small parts in a clean room environment, requiring patience, consistency, and a high attention to detail.
Role + Responsibilities:
- Undertake moderately challenging assignments, exercising judgment in issue resolution and recommendations.
- Acquire and apply job-specific skills, familiarizing oneself with company policies and procedures to proficiently complete assigned tasks.
- Execute processes and tasks using established methods, sequences, and setups, adept at identifying deviations and promptly communicating findings.
- Utilize and learn software tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Demonstrate flexibility in accommodating changes in schedule and/or job assignments as needed.
- Meticulously follow Work Instructions, adhering to processes without deviation.
