Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Generator Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales with a proven track record of successfully selling standby generators. We install 400-600 generators per year. We are looking for a lead generator salesperson. The successful candidate will utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships effectively and deliver exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Run in home sales leads which are provided by Holland Heating.
- We have lead generators in multiple national home improvement stores generating leads for our sales department.
- When not running sales leads work with lead generators to develop lead generator relationship with sales.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing high-value deals
- Proven experience within generator markets
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Demonstrated success in inside sales, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and ability to explain complex product features clearly
- Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Business development expertise with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment
