What you’ll do
The Community Liaison (Front Desk) supports Cook Valley in an administrative role. They are responsible for administrative tasks, communicating with residents, and providing excellent customer service.
- Assists the Manager in developing, organizing, implementing, and performing administrative procedures and special assigned projects.
- Prepares and processes correspondence, newsletters, reports, and statistical data.
- Coordinates and/or distributes internal mail, U.S. mail, and newspapers.
- Upholds the highest standards of customer service.
- Maintains familiarity with marketing materials and aspects of Cook Valley as necessary to adequately answer questions of interested prospects.
- Performs billing function to meet corporate standards.
- Manages the room reservation process for community rooms, private dining room, and guest rooms.
- Assists residents with transportation services as requested.
- Ensures adequate office supplies, including resident needs, and marketing materials are at hand and available to meet day-to-day needs.
- Responds to medical and maintenance emergencies following established procedures.
- Assist in the evacuation process during emergency situations.
What it takes
- High School diploma
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 20 pounds
