What you'll do
Articulate, implement, and evangelize the vision and strategy for P&P, including, but not limited to, organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, recruitment, training, onboarding, and continuous learning initiatives.
Develop, improve, and standardize software development principles, guidelines, standards, and processes, and lead training and communication efforts across teams and the firm at-large.
Guide strategic investments and "bets" on pioneering ideas, evaluating potential impacts, and aligning them with the firm's long-term vision and commercial opportunities.
Champion the commercialization and revenue generation of leave-behind platforms and optimize platform pricing strategies to enhance commercial success and drive additional revenue generation for the firm.
Architect and implement a comprehensive talent strategy that emphasizes cost-effective sourcing and hiring practices without compromising on quality.
Lead the development of cross-firm innovation "pods" and processes, designed to seamlessly integrate with current and emerging internal and/or external needs.
Continuously seek out and incorporate new technologies and practices to ensure the firm remains at the forefront of innovation, future-oriented in its approach to solving client challenges and capturing market opportunities.
Assume a formal performance partner role, mentoring a diverse array of talent and supporting career development.
Continue and expand acting as a primary advisor and go-to person, fostering global partnerships with ISL leaders and key stakeholders across the firm to promote the development of ideas into platforms via assessment, solution ideation, business case creation, staffing, etc.
Continue to lead, empower, and mentor core platform development teams, embedding a culture of innovation, data enablement, ownership, and openness within P&P.
Continue to oversee and drive the prioritization and roadmap alignment for key platforms such as Radial, ECVT, BIC Request, & ICP, ensuring strategic alignment with firm objectives.
Continue to direct recruiting activities to attract top talent, refining the recruitment process to meet evolving needs.
Continue and expand partnership for pitch teams and engage directly with clients to articulate value propositions and assist in closing leads.
Serve as a firm ambassador externally, enhancing the firm's reputation in platform innovation and technology, and managing key external relationships.
Key Outcomes for 12 months
Continue to develop and mature the platforms that I currently oversee, with a focus on improving product-market fit, driving growth, profitability, and achieving revenue recognition.
Advance P&P's portfolio of products through partnerships with ISL leaders and investments in high-potential ideas to achieve firm recognition of innovation and commercial momentum and to make a compelling case for further investment for growth.
Establish standards and processes across all portfolio products, ensuring consistency and efficiency across product model KPIs (e.g. agile metrics, Product Market Fit, adoption, commercial recognition)

What you'll need
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
A minimum of 15 years' experience working in a professional services firm.
Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks, self-prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently with a positive and entrepreneurial attitude.
A professional demeanor with strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work well under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday
