Position Description:
Develops project plans, including work breakdown structures, activity assignments and project schedules. Integrates multiple project schedules using software tools, as applicable. Identifies, consolidates and resolves timing issues. Works as a function PMA with supervision and functions effectively in a matrix organization.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Maintain a balance between business viability, user desirability and technical feasibility while delivering software products with a team.
Work closely with Business Partners and Product Owners to understand their product vision, and break that vision down into an actionable backlog of user stories for the development team.
Work hands-on with the development team to prioritize, plan, and deliver software that meets requirements.
Collaborate with the product team to define specs, requirements, and acceptance criteria for deliverables.
Help Business Partners understand our iterative development approach and our focus on incrementally delivering value through careful and deliberate prioritization.
This is a hybrid position.
Skills Required:
Plan is established to ensure PMA is skilled in MS Office Suite applications, MS Project, and OEM Internet.
Experience Required:
Possess minimal functional PMA experience.
Education Required:
Bachelor's degree recommended in associated field
