Brighton NC Machine is looking for a self-motivated individual with an attention for detail for our Information Systems Support team at our manufacturing facility located in Brighton. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of ERP and data systems tasks. The job responsibilities include the input of customer orders, labor hours and pricing updates. The candidate will also perform transactional data transfers from multiple sources, project tracking and certain reconciliations. Job Type: Part-time 20-25 hours per week up to Full-time employment 40 hours per week
Pay: Up to $26 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday Start time is flexible based on candidate preference between 8:30am-9:30am
Responsibilities:
- Supports the IT and Project Manager in daily and monthly activity
- Data entry of production labor time/activity, and Customer orders
- Manage updates to part pricing in Inventory, Bill of Materials, Customer Orders and Purchase Orders
- Process Non-Conforming Production inventory tag information
- Manual release input and ship hold processing
- Daily and weekly transactional data transfers between multiple software systems
- Provide ad hoc reporting, project and systems support to Managers and Directors
- Special projects as assigned by the Executive team
- Promote and adhere to company's core values
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Excel skills, especially with tables, pivot tables and formulas
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to use quantitative and quantitative data to make decisions and recommendations
- Ability to present data, reports, and results in a readable and understandable manner
- Strong communication skills in multiple settings and the ability to be an engaging change agent and culture creator that can inspire and motivate
- Prior ERP system experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
Education:
- High School Diploma
- Associate or Bachelor Degree Preferred
