The Physician Liaison is responsible for managing all aspects of relations between McLaren and the physicians utilizing McLaren, including physician recruitment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Acts as a liaison between physicians, physician offices and McLaren Radiology.
Manages in house orientation programs for new physicians.
Identifies, develops and implements strategies for recruiting physicians.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience required
Minimum of three years experience with physician interaction/relation building in healthcare marketing, recruitment and planning required.
Ability to communicate with individuals both within and outside the organization.
General knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Nicotine Testing -
To provide a safe, healthy environment for our patients, employees and visitors, as of February 1, 2013 McLaren no longer hires individuals who use nicotine and will conduct nicotine testing during the pre-employment process.
