Job Description
The support services techs must work in 2 departments (Environmental /Nutrition) and 2 campuses, (Butterworth and Blodgett). In Nutrition Services they'll learn tray delivery, dish room, and possibly call center. In Enviromental Services, they'll learn daily, and discharge patient room cleans. It is about a 9-week training program to learn everything. After training, they will be scheduled at whichever campus and department has the highest need for help. Their assignment may change same day due to call ins.
Qualifications
Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 year of relevant experience Customer service and /or other related experience preferred.
