Responsible for the direction and supervision of nursing care provided to residents total needs. Maintain quality relationships with residents, families and staff.
Perform duties related to the administration of meds, treatments and tests as orders by physician.
Document all relevant data to clinical records using system of electronic charting. Assess residents, identify problems/needs and consult with RN Supervisor or DON.
