Description:
We are currently seeking candidates for a Procurement Analyst. We are open to someone who only has a few years of experience up to someone who could be a purchasing manager.
Essential Duties:
Coordinate the flow of purchased components and materials for manufacturing, including but not limited to, creating jobs in ERP, evaluating forecasted needs, issuing Purchase Orders, negotiating Lead Times, Supplier follow-up, identifying cost improvements, RFQs, and performing cycle counts to verify inventory levels. The position is analytical and strategic along with a "boots on the ground" mentality.
- Able to work independently or self-sufficiently.
-Experience with Supplier development, supplier evaluations, supplier onboarding, and supplier scorecards.
-Experience working within a process.
-25-30% purchasing, the rest of the time will be spent doing a project, cost, and purchasing analytics.
- Experience with lead times
MUST HAVE:
-Experience working in a regulated industry (preferably medical equipment manufacturing. Automotive is also acceptable and not a disqualifier)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Purchasing experience minimum 2 years
