Description:
We are currently seeking an HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager to take on the opportunity of managing 40-50 active jobs ranging from $4-$5 million in total business of maintenance and Cap-X projects. This position is accountable for all phases of a project including proposal, estimate, design for design build projects, safety, profitable execution of construction, and client satisfaction for HVAC/Plumbing divisions.
?Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST have 6+ years of managing multiple projects at once within the HVAC and plumbing trades for industrial and manufacturing projects
NICE to have would be a CM degree or degree
MUST have a team first mentality and ability to manage possible hectic and always moving parts between departments
