- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Minimum of two years experience working in a relevant position.
- Familiarity with various pathways to recovery and a recovery-oriented continuum of care.
- Knowledge of issues specific to young adults in recovery.
- Experience with program development, coordination and evaluation.
- Ability to run groups and perform outreach services with a diverse population of students, staff and faculty.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
