Collect and structure cost data for efficient budget planning; collaborate with program and department leaders to compile quotes and cost information for a unified cost record; track expenditures and coordinate with the Manager on cost-saving initiatives in alignment with parent and affiliates in Japan; and produce consistent expense and budget summaries to guide management in both the U.S. and Japan for budget preparation.
Hybrid schedule (partially remote) is allowed but must live within commuting distance.
