Job Summary
Ambitious designer, ability to apply developing experience design skills toward building user empathy. Understand customer input for creating meaningful experience and can articulate multiple methods for gathering their input. Work with a multi-disciplinary team to communicate mental and implementation models, in ways that consider human-centric needs, pain-points and motivations.
Essential Functions
Visual Design Produce UI Elements, conceptual renderings, presentations and marketing assets, while managing each product's visual design system for scalability, efficiency, and consistency.
Prototyping & Validation Create mid-to-high-fidelity representations of the final product that allows stakeholders and users to experience content, and test primary functionality, in a way that is similar to the final product.
UX Research Understand behavior, goals and motivations through observation techniques, task analysis, and other feedback mechanisms to improve product usability and desirability.
