We have an immediate opening for a Program Coordinator in our Respite Department. We are looking for an energetic, dedicated and detailed person to join our team. This position is Monday - Friday, no weekends!
You will need to be familiar with computers and have a good knowledge of Word, Excel, and understand the internet. You should know all basic office procedures and have great people skills. Must have compassion and patience while working with people that have mental and physical disabilities.
Job duties include:
*Recruiting and interviewing new staff
*Organizing and scheduling aides with consumers
*Completing personnel files for all new hires, including all required forms and background checks
*Review new cases, make an introduction with family/consumer and contact family’s for scheduling
*Communicate with family’s for schedule changes, aide set-ups or resolve problems. *Review and approve timesheets and documentation
*Work with case managers to resolve any conflicts or discuss family issues
*Match new staff with consumers
