Job Description
You'll join a team that takes action, providing exceptional care and helping children reunite with their family.
As a therapist, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Conducting initial assessments
Developing and implementing therapeutic plans
Holding weekly individual and group therapy sessions
Coordinating reunification plans
Facilitating transfers
Attending trainings, meetings, and supervision sessions
Preparing reports and required documentation.

Skills and Requirements
This position requires a master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field of study from an accredited college.
Must be license eligible.
Bilingual English and Spanish required;
Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license with at least 3 years driving experience in the U.S. to operate a vehicle
Must also pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and maintain a reliable vehicle with proof of adequate insurance coverage
Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries. - Previous experience as a Social Worker null
