- Operating, troubleshooting and setup, for testing electronic assemblies/sub-assemblies, components, systems, units, and parts
- Tests electronic products, components and systems for functional and visual acceptance
- Assists test operators with testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Collects diagnostic information needed to improve manufacturing processes, identify component failures, or design faults
- Daily activities may also include, mechanical assembly, go no-go testing, equipment set up, test fixture maintenance, programming, training, and in line inspection of work performed

- Must be able to troubleshoot at component-level and repair electronics assemblies as well as work with hand tools, follow procedures, and read assembly drawings and schematics
