Position Summary: To assist the Clinic Director with various tasks and responsibilities based on operational needs.
This position is during the summer, June through August.
Essential Responsibilities:
Scan files and assist with implementation of JusticeServer.
Assist staff attorneys with handling files, returning calls, scheduling, and intakes.
Attend meetings with Clinic Director, when necessary.
Assist and support Clinic Director, as necessary.
Pick up donation as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Available to work a minimum of 10-16 hours per week, during the hours of 8:30 A.M.-4:30 P.M.. unless otherwise arranged with Clinic Director
Education/Experience:
Some office clinical experience preferred
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Maintain strict confidentiality
Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Working knowledge of TEAMS and SharePoint
Willingness to learn new software as needed Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Certificates and Licenses:
Complete Safe From Harm training, and keep current as needed
Must have and maintain a current valid driver's license and pass the Salvation Army Motor Vehicle Record check (MVR)
