What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience managing commercial or institutional construction projects.
- Expertise in construction scheduling software and familiarity with Lean construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A strong understanding of construction scheduling principles.
- Proactive, organized, and self-motivated.
- A high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships.
