Responsible for preparing bid scopes to solicit bids for construction project trade work; review bids and proposals to confirm compliance with the bid documents and project requirements; review safety plans and programs from trade contractors; prepare construction site logistics plans showing material deliveries, pedestrian traffic, temporary roads and walkways; review submittals, shop drawings, catalogue cuts, and brochures for materials and equipment to ensure conformance with contract drawings and specifications; provide input into project schedule updates with respect to activity durations, material and equipment lead times and sequencing of activities; track material and equipment deliveries once submittals are approved to ensure products are available to meet the schedule; review quality control plans and reports to ensure compliance with contract documents; review clarifications and changes to the documents resulting from design changes, field conditions, and owner requests; disseminate document clarification/change information to the relevant trade contractors; utilize and apply knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, STADD PRO, ARCCHICAD, Excel, SYSTAT, Sketch-up, Procore, Bluebeam, Bid Form/Bid Packages and BIM (Building Information Modelling) to complete assigned tasks; review quotations for changes in the work submitted by trade contractors; prepare financial projections for construction projects; and prepare closeout packages for projects including as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranties.

Salary: $94,000 per year
