The Bessemer Area School District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Business Manager/Transportation Supervisor/Human Resource Manager. This is a full-time, 260 day position. A full list of duties and responsibilities is available upon request.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with school finances is preferred
- Experience with payroll, payroll reports and payment of taxes is preferred
- Experience with budget preparation is required
- Unquestioned integrity and a commitment to the vision, mission and values of the Bessemer Area School District is required
- Possess, maintain and model high standards of professional conduct and self-accountability
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards in all HR activities, including confidentiality, fairness, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Must be self-directed with excellent communication skills
- A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Business is preferred
- Ability to work with the community, staff and students is a must
- Comfortable using bus routing software, school finance software, spreadsheets, email, and many other forms of technology
