Ensure compliance and governance for U.S pension plans. Process improvements. Render opinions on benefit claims and appeals. Review and approve valuation data. Provide expertise and support to internal/external auditors; and develop content for communications required by government agencies. Address escalated HR inquiries and review and/or approve transaction activities, as applicable. Provide information and insights to Team Leaders to continuously improve knowledge Base and Case Management content for their assigned discipline(s).
