Previous office experience and willingness to greet public
Proficient computer skills of Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of PowerPoint and/or Publisher (or can learn quickly)
Ability to deal with sensitive information while keeping confidential
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner
Ability to prioritize
Excellent problem-solving skills
Independent, highly motivated self-starter who can work alone or with people
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations without a loss of effectiveness
Willingness to remain flexible and accessible for communication
Experience in QuickBooks a plus
Experience with Mackinaw City a plus
Willingness to process additional office duties as needed.
