Essential Functions
1. Clean and stock all guest rooms (including changing linens on beds, dusting and vacuuming, stocking supplies, emptying trash, washing walls, floor tiles, toilets, tubs, sinks and fixtures).
2. Clean common areas.
3. Perform all laundry functions as needed.
4. Report necessary maintenance so items can be repaired promptly.
5. Perform deep cleaning and routine maintenance.
6. Work in an efficient and productive mode including reporting to work in a timely manner.
7. Turn in all lost and found items immediately
8. Implement all company policies and procedures for safety and security.
9. Assist with quarterly and fall cleaning duties and perform all other tasks as assigned by the head housekeeper or General Manager.
10. Exhibit courteous manner with all guests.
Qualification Standards
1. Clean rooms within established goals per room.
2. Follow all state and federal guidelines including OSHA Hazardous Communication Training.
3. Be organized and efficient.
4. Possess good leadership and communication skills.
5. Have a clear understanding of the goals and expectations.
6. Must be mature, responsible and portray a professional image to our guests and employees.
7. Have a positive attitude displayed in a relaxed, competent and bright disposition.
