About the Role
As a Quality Manager, you will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. This critical role requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage quality assurance processes effectively.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent product quality
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any deviations from quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Train employees on quality control procedures and provide ongoing support and guidance
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure compliance in all aspects of production
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality systems and processes
Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience
Five or more years of experience as a quality manager within an automotive manufacturing facility
