Job Description

Joe’s at Long Lake is looking for a full-time Manager Trainee. Job duties will include:

Communication with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain mechanical repair information, take orders, and address complaints.
Reviewing of files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
Locating necessary parts to complete repairs, monitor inventory levels, and order materials and supplies as needed.
Handling financial transactions, bookkeeping, and complete banking transactions.
Processing and preparing documents, such as business or government forms and expense reports.
Compiling, copying, sorting and filing records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
Completion of work schedules and managing calendars.
Monitoring and directing the work of repair technicians.
Other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements

Basic mehanical knowledge will be needed in order to effectively communicate serivces necessary to repair equipment.
