Joe’s at Long Lake is looking for a self motivated part/full-time Manager Trainee with great customer service skills. Job duties will include:
- Communication with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain mechanical repair information, take orders, and address complaints.
- Reviewing of files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
- Locating necessary parts to complete repairs, monitor inventory levels, and order materials and supplies as needed.
- Handling financial transactions, bookkeeping, and complete banking transactions.
- Processing and preparing documents, such as business or government forms and expense reports.
- Compiling, copying, sorting and filing records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
- Completion of work schedules and managing calendars.
- Monitoring and directing the work of repair technicians.
- Computer knowledge is required, social media experience preferred.
- Other duties as assigned.
Part/Full-time Hours will range from 25-40 per week, due to seasonal changes. May require some Saturday mornings during peak season.
Compensation based on experience.
