The Levy Group of Companies is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at our Ace Saginaw Paving location in Flint, MI. The Administrative Assistant will perform advanced administrative functions and will frequently require independent judgment.

Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant will:
Provide administrative support functions for the Sales Manager
Filing, copying, email and faxing
Maintain lists/logs of information
Enter data into spreadsheets
Run and produce internal and external reports
Enter job information into LIBRA and/or JWS
Provide customer service including sales assistance and problem resolution
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
Advanced computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Experience with LIBRA and/or JWS
Knowledge of office machinery
Knowledge of local geography
Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal format
High school diploma or equivalent with specialized computer training. Some college preferred
Knowledge of asphalt materials is helpful
