Are you passionate about helping high school kids eliminate or reduce physical or emotional barriers for academic achievement? Our client is seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LMSW) or LLMSW to fill a contract for the remainder of the 2024 school year.
Pay: $50 per hour based on experience, benefit level and traveler status.

Responsibilities of the School Social Worker
- Provide assistance to aid patients with community resources, financial, or placement into an alternative setting.
- Responsible for integrating, facilitating, and coordinating patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provides direct clinical services including, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and counseling as appropriate
- Provide case coordination and therapeutic education services.
- Provide excellent patient care and compassion.
Requirements of the School Social Worker
- Master's degree from a graduate school of social work program approved by the Michigan Department of Education (MDE).
- Experience in a School Setting - Preferred
