Administrative Assistant
Overview
This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by providing administrative support to the North Florida Market.
Responsibilities
* Respond to or Create Accounts Receivable cases via SAP
* Organize and maintain accurate records, both electronically and hard copy
* Distribute AR reports weekly
* Monitor emails and phone calls, providing quick and accurate follow up.
* Adhere to Control and Compliance guidelines in all areas of business
* Complete special projects
* Assist Settlement Admin and act as back up for vacation
* Reconcile Delivery Driver collections, noting and addressing discrepancies
* Generate and distribute reports
* Ability to lift FSV coin deposit weighing as much as 50 lbs.
* Provide information to incoming callers or direct to someone to assist
Compensation & Benefits:
* The expected compensation range for this position is between $33,300 - $53,150 per year based on a full-time schedule
* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

* 2+ years’ experience Admin Support
* Show strong attention to detail
* Strong skills in Excel and Outlook
* Strong team player / assist others and take on projects
* Ability to prioritize work with a strong sense of urgency
* Demonstrate tact, professionalism, and respect for others
