Thank you.Description OverviewWe are currently looking for a Sales Support Analyst to join our team in Allegan, MI. It is expected this individual be able to work in office three days per week.Scope of the RoleThe Sales Support Analyst is responsible for the execution of processes to support Account Executives and Customers ensuring satisfaction through the accuracy and efficiency of their work. They do this by providing tactical and executional support of internal sales processes, customer onboarding and item management, promotion support and execution, conversion tracking, sales projects, category line review management, awarded/loss of business processes, price changes, coordinating internal resources and as appropriate third parties/vendors for flawless execution. Ensure all items are delivered on-time meeting customer required timelines. This role will use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes ensuring adherence to all internal and the applicable governing body controls and regulations. They will partner and manage processes with other departments ensuring established timelines and customer requirements are met. Experience RequiredA bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business or related field is preferred. In lieu of a degree 5+ years of relevant experience may be considered.2+ years’ experience within a Sales or Marketing department role within the CPG Industry.Advanced skills in MS Excel, Power Point, and Word are required.Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and make decisions.Must be able to clearly articulate expectations, monitor/manage progress and implement actions to achieve desired results. Able to interpret quantitative and qualitative information and use such information to develop actionable recommendations.Demonstrated experience and thorough understanding in various functional areas & processes within Perrigo including sales, marketing, customer service, finance, demand management, graphics, supply chain and distribution.Works well under tight timelines and has ability to prioritize work in fast-paced environment.External applicants please note: To apply to this position please click the APPLY button at the bottom of the application.
