ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process invoices and staff reimbursements for payment after verifying all conditions are met including satisfactory delivery and billing on a weekly basis.
Prepare manual checks as needed.
Process requisitions and purchase orders as needed.
Monitor listing of all open purchase orders and actively seek disposition by consulting with various district personnel and vendors if necessary.
Research discrepancies in billing and take action to ensure correction.
Prepare applicable year end reports (1099's) and assist in the preparation of documents for the school district's annual audit.
Review and approve Amazon orders.
Process the business office purchasing card on a monthly basis.
Monitor office inventory and order supplies when needed.
Provide backup on answering the telephone when needed.
Willing to obtain a MSBO certification relative to the job duties.
Perform and/or assist in other duties as assigned by the Associate Superintendent of Finance and Human Resources.
