The Executive Assistant to the Superintendent is responsible for supporting high-level leadership in the organization's management. This position provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, answering questions and requests, and coordinating special projects. The Executive Assistant supports the Board of Education in areas such as preparing board packets, taking meeting minutes, ensuring meetings are posted, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and processing expenses. This position must portray a positive image of the organization at all times.
