Description:
Answer gate phone
Greet visitors in lobby
Make sure users/guests sign in and out (either log book or digital board)
Make sure guests sign waivers
Make sure guests affix stickers to their mobile devices
Help guests with Wifi connections
File the waivers
Grade the level one tests; scan and file
Enter the level one students into the board and DriveDoc
Enter all training info into DriveDoc
Scan & file all training info
Accept deliveries (FedEx, UPS, catering, etc.)
Assign GPS assets to vehicles; update system
Update slide(s) on the monitor in the lobby - content to be provided
Inventory the kitchen and office supplies
Vehicle maintenance tracking (enter info into database/spreadsheet)
Assist with creating/editing documents, as needed
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1+ year of receptionist experience
Strong MS Office skills, including Excel
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
