Manage end-to-end mobility programs and processes for in-bound U.S. assignments and support mobility initiatives in collaboration with a global team. Operationalize and flawlessly execute strategic Center of Expertise (CoE) projects. Build relationships as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for People Leaders, Business HR, assignees, and external vendors for all aspects of U.S. mobility movement across the company (external new hire, permanent transfers, expatriate assignments, etc.). Review requests against defined global policies and provide CoE with recommended resolution actions and inputs to help influence CoE strategy. Provide subject matter expertise and strategic consultation to aid business decisions on relocation, immigration, assignment costs and tax matters, having a high level understanding of the various components of compliance and risk to the company and the assignee. Collaborate with internal process partners such as Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Business HR, Payroll, Data Management, Legal, Corporate Tax, Finance to ensure internal consistency, and identify forward-looking solutions on global cross-functional business processes. Provide ongoing education on complex Global Mobility topics to key business partners. Draft and maintain internal global mobility processes with a continuous improvement mindset to ensure standard application across the region and globally. Partner closely with external mobility vendors to address escalated issues and to ensure high service level standards and adherence to service level agreements. Supervise one direct report holding the title of Specialist Intern. May work from home up to 2 days per week.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration or a related field plus 2 years of experience in the offered position or closely related occupation.
